One noticeable difference is that young children can\u2019t read letters on a screen for visual acuity testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doctors can\u2019t usually rely on children to describe what they are seeing or experiencing, so they need to use objective measurements.
