Updates on COVID-19 from Northwest Eye<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Northwest Eye continues to work with our physicians and staff to minimize the impact of the coronavirus for our patients, teams, and facilities. We\u2019re following the latest updates from the CDC, Minnesota Department of Health, and America Academy of Ophthalmology to continue providing the highest quality eye care to our patients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of February 6th, 2023, facemasks are optional for all team members, patients and visitors<\/strong>. We are tracking CDC Community Levels of COVID-19 every other week to guide this policy, and masks will remain optional while our community levels of COVID are \u201clow\u201d or \u201cmedium\u201d. Should the Community Level return to \u201chigh\u201d, facemasks will return to being required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For minor patients, <\/strong>two parents\/guardians will be allowed to accompany the patient during their appointment. We encourage you to find childcare for other siblings without an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qalliinka <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While we have increased safety protocols, our physicians have no limitation to their surgical schedules. We are accepting all surgical patients, including urgent and elective surgeries. If you need to schedule your surgery, please call us at 763-416-7600.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
