Excellent, very professional from when I walked in the entrance door. Front desk check in friendly and courteous through out. The lady who worked me up for Dr Sinclair was very good. Dr. Sinclair was spot on with the exam efficient and to the point. The experience was very good.

Dr Loushin and his staff were excellent. The exam was very thorough and comprehensive. There all answered questions in an informative and courteous manner taking the time to be sure that they were understood. I feel confident the history and the future of my eye care is in good hands.There were minor issues due to scheduling consecutive appointments with myself and my wife having my procedures and test taking longer than hers. Since we both purchased new glasses, with COVID-19 office protocol, she had to wait after selecting hers and was encouraged to leave the office rather than waiting for me. It did work out as she was there when I finished so we could assist each other selecting our new frames. Additionally, they should have offered thin plastic disposable sunglasses after applying dilation solution before going out into the sunshine and snow covered environment driving home. I felt that this was a safety issue that should be applied or offered to clients upon leaving.All in all, it is a good experience being treated there and purchasing eyewear. I would recommend Northwest Eye.

Great staff. The only downside is having to wear a mask and not be able to smile and have them smile back.

I've been going to Dr. Mundahl for around 9 years and have always appreciated the thorough eye exams. Her and the staff there are friendly, informative, professional and take the time to answer any questions.
